Aidan has over 25 years’ experience in providing financial advisory and analysis, audit and assurance, commercial and strategic advisory, contract management, risk management and program / project management services. Aidan’s experience spans large Australian Government departments to smaller agencies, and private sector organisations (including time spent working overseas in the UK financial services sector).

Aidan is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and ensures that all of his audit products comply with the standards and requirements of these organisations.

• Financial advisory and analysis services, including: financial viability assessments; reviews and assessments of public-private partnerships; financial modelling and data analysis; reviews of compliance with financial / contractual obligations; strategic and commercial advisory services; and management and cost accounting services. The above services have been provided for agencies including the: Australian Securities and Investments Commission; Department of Defence; Australian Competition and Consumer Commission; Australian Prudential Regulation Authority; Department of Education; Department of Health; and Attorney-General’s Department.
• Program / project management services, including: program and project reviews; reviews of the management of contracts; project deed reviews; and program / project management audits. The above services have been provided for agencies including the: Department of Defence;   Civil Aviation Safety Authority; Services Australia; Department of Health; and Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.

Throughout Aidan's career, and more recently, he has worked on large and highly complex long-term engagements, that have included the winding-up of a retail superannuation fund on behalf of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, and providing commercial, financial and project management advice to the Department of Defence.
